Robert A. Kirkland Enterprises, Inc. was started in February 1​989 in Columbus, Ohio. Robert completes the estimate, sales, drawings, designs/blueprints, material list, running and supervision of the home remodeling business. Robert can build custom kitchens and bathrooms, custom cabinet work, crown molding, doors, trim, decks, fences​, patios, painting; exterior and interior, power washing, staining and sealing. Robert can do all kinds of flooring, tile, wood, counter tops and paver bricks. Robert has experience in preparing homes to sell or rent out or just making your house a better home. He purchased his first two rental properties at twenty years old and has lots of rental property experience. Robert had a Real Estate License for over 10 years and is a Certified New Build Specialist. Robert moved to the Key West area in 2012 after being a snow bird for 9 years before he moved here full time. There are many properties in the area which showcase his work (personal work and supervised work) at houses, commercial buildings, bars and an assortment of buildings in the keys. Robert is a motivated, self-confident professional who enjoys working with customers and remodeling house. He treats every job like it is his own property. He is on-site supervising and doing most of the work.
